AdSense has a tiny logo on their banners that links back to google. Having a link like this could result in a few more users joining your banner exchange. This link could also be made to act as a referral link for user who displays the banner.

In admin area in ad sizes edit form is the option to create a logo which appears next or below banners (both these options are available). It's also possible to create a html code to show a mini logo over banners. If this is what you want, I can do it for you.

If you want to try to configure it, the code in your logo field can look like this:
<div style="position: absolute; right: 0px; bottom: 0px;">
<a target="_blank" href="http://www.yourdomain.com/">
<img border=0 src="http://www.yourdomain.com/images/bannerlogo.png"/>
</a>
</div>

Also please use only the iframe part of the exchange code, it will not work correctly with the javascript code. I also can configure it for you.

I need some help configuring the exchange code so that it will successfully display the logo over the banner.

<!-- Blogger Banner Exchange code begin -->

<IFRAME SRC="http://www.bloggerbannerexchange.com/work.php?n=1&amp;size=2&amp;c=" width=468 height=60 marginwidth=0 marginheight=0 hspace=0 vspace=0 frameborder=0 scrolling="no"></IFRAME>

<!-- Blogger Banner Exchange end -->

I tried to edit the code to only use the iframe as you suggested, is this correct?

I used your original code and edited to have some interaction with any users that move their mouse over the logo.

<div style="position: absolute; right: 0px; bottom: -4px;">
<a target="_blank" href="http://www.bloggerbannerexchange.com/index.php?id=~USER~">
<img src="http://www.bloggerbannerexchange.com/images/icon.png" border="0" name="mousetest" onMouseOver="document.images['mousetest'].src='http://www.bloggerbannerexchange.com/images/icon_hover.png'"
onMouseOut="document.images['mousetest'].src='http://www.bloggerbannerexchange.com/images/icon.png'" />
</a>
</div>

For anyone interested in using this code just change the URL's and it will work!

Yes, it's the correct code. You also should edit it in the template user_code_banner.txt, so also users receive the correct code.
Also thank you for the modified logo code, you added there a nice ounouseover effect.
