Investor's Business Daily - Millennials, defined as Americans aged 14-25, watch 10.5 hours of TV a week on average, well below older age groups. That's according to consulting firm Deloitte's "State of the Media Democracy" survey. Those aged 26-42, also known as Generation X, take in 15.1 hours of TV a week on average, while Baby Boomers, defined as aged 43-61, watch 19.2 hours, and Americans aged 62-75 watch 21.5 hours. Although Millennials are watching less TV, they spend more time plugged into electronic entertainment in general, including through video games, music and the Web.

PC Magazine - Turns out all of Nintendo's "Train Your Brain!" hoopla may not be hoopla after all. A new study shows older adults who played a videogame for a month demonstrated improved scores on tests of their cognitive functions, including memory, reasoning, and multi-tasking.
