Reuters - CAPE CANAVERAL, Florida (Reuters) -- A U.S. astronaut and a Russian cosmonaut completed a 5-1/2-hour spacewalk outside the International Space Station on Tuesday to install a device that monitors conditions around the orbital outpost.
