free easybanner installation problem?

hi friends
i am having a problem in installing free easy banner
after uploading files, i entered
http://shiads.hostei.com/setup.php
what are these?
Mysql database host (try "localhost" if you are not sure)
Your mysql database username
Mysql database password
Name of your mysql database

You need to create a database in a server control panel and then enter its data to the installation form.

i created a database
then i filled the information as following
Mysql database host (try "localhost" if you are not sure): localhost
Your mysql database username :a2149331_shiads
Mysql database password:a2149331_password
Name of your mysql database :a2149331_shiads

THIS WHAT I FOUND

File "/www/shiads.hostei.com/data/.htpasswd" already exists. Skipping.
File "/www/shiads.hostei.com/data/resettime" already exists. Skipping.
Database error
Unable to connect to database host "localhost". Check the database data entered in the setup form.

Can't continue!

You entered incorrect data. The database doesn't exist or the login data was incorrect. If you are not familiar with the server control panel, I can create a database for you.
