Hi Richard!
I use Easy Banner Pro (on domain http://www.rgbe.ru) and I have the following trouble!
The system works 3 months, but has some problems with statistics (please look here - http://www.rgbe-info.php). Today I logged in the admin panel and go to Database tools -> Database Optimization -> Submit. And now on my sites-participants (on all 49 sites) it is displayed ONLY the default banner (site-list here - http://www.rgbe-list.php?action=top&size=1)
What should I do to restore normal work of my system??? |

The statistic for a low number of days was lost. It causes a problem with the daily job, you may ran it two times, for example when you tested it. If you checked the field in configuration to run it automatically, I would recommend to use a crontab command instead, it's much more reliable.
I unfortunately can't say why only default banners are displayed but the most likely reason is that normal banners don't have available clicks and impressions. I can look to your administration and check it. If you are interested, please send me your login data. |
