|
|
Hi
I have just set up a user account on my site.
I set up a regular banner size of 468 x 60.
I then created a 468 x 60 banner under my test user account.
All works fine.
If I click the 468 x 60 link on the wizard page, it diplays the original 468 x 60 banner I set up and won't let me set up another 468 x 60.
Have I missed a setting? Can users only have 1 banner in each size?
Many thanks

The wizard always shows the first banner, it's meant for new users who are not familiar with the system.
The number of allowed banners is editable in administration in the ad size configuration form. Users can choose to edit a particular banner in the top menu in users area. |

Sorry, i don't quite understand that.
I haven't set a mamximum number of banners in admin so assume with that it is unlimited when not set?
The banner that is displayed si the 486 x 60 banner that has already been aproved. If a user edit's this, they will be editing a banner that already exists and not a new banner. |

The option to edit individual banners is available in users area, in the top menu. Click to "ads", then to "edit ads", then you can see a list of banners which can be created/edited. For example if admin selected that each user can own 5 banner, it shows links to edit banners 1-5.
There is also another way. When you are on a page which is related to a particular banner size (for example "get code" or some kind of statistic), you can see links to edit banners in the same size on each page at the bottom. |
