|
|
Hi,
When using AnnounceMail, and I send an email from the admin area (to the mailing list), the email arrives in the inbox without any text-formatting applied. In other words, there are no breaks. Everything appears in one long line. The text file is 100% correct, and looks fine, and so does the web-interface.
Please help....

Do you have the original script or have you made (or have we made for you) some changes?
Also it may be useful if you can save the email you got and send in as attachment to info@phpwebscripts.com. |

| Well, it's simply using the .txt file....I haven't made any changes I can think of, except for changing the html colours.... |

| it's sending the mails in plain text, and it's completely ignoring the html tags.......so it all ends up in one long line of text...... |

| The free version doesn't allow HTML emails so if you use <br> for ends of lines, it ignores it. You can get a version which allows all HTML tags for a small fee, please email at info@phpwebscripts.com if you are interested. |

If you do a new line by Enter key, it should make a new line in the email as well. If not, please send us the email you got from the system, we will look at that.
There can be also a problem in your email program which you use to read the email. Have you tried more email programs or one only, which? |

I am getting these problems in Outlook.
I don't get these problems when I use a web-based email.....
Your thoughts? |

Again, please save the email message you got to a file and email it to us. We will look, I don't think that we will resolve it here.
Or (and it may be better) send us your URL incl. username/password of the admin area. |
