The html code that you enter to this field will be displayed next to new links in your directory. If you want to use the image which is in Link Up by default, enter there this tag:
<img border="0" src="http://www.yourdomain.com/images/new.gif"> |

There is only the English language available but all public pages can be easily translated to any language. As I see, you translated the free version so you know how to do it  |
