AnnounceMailFree don't send any e-mails

AnnounceMailFree won't send any e-mails whatsoever. Not after registration, nor after sending out mass mails to confirmed users (which I confirmed via the admin account).

Any ideas of what the problem might be? And yes, I have followed the setup.php file. I've even re-installed it to make sure I did everything right.

There may be two problems.
1) The emails may be sent normally but your mail server where is located the mailbox you use for tests rejects them for some reason. It can be for example because it detects that the email is sent by a script and presumes that it's a spam.
2) The server where is hosted Announce Mail is not configured to to send emails. Such configuration often use free hosting services.

I can test it for you to find out the real problem.

Every mass mail I sent came eventually, although it took several hours. Does it take that much time every time?

The delay probably causes the server where is your mailbox but it's also possible that the server where you host the script sends the emails so late, for example because it's overloaded.

Can i use AnnounceMailFree on mi server and how i must to configure
the script to let it work.

Please make sure that you entered the correct data to all fields in the configuration form. Also try to send an email from the script to another address, it's possible that your mail server rejected it. Also check your spam folder, it's possible that your computer marked it as a spam.
