Hi... I just purchased and installed this script... I'm pretty good at installing scripts... I've never had to have anyone install them for me yet.
Anyway, I installed the script and the install section gave me this message:
"Link Up Gold has been successfully installed. If all will work fine, please delete 'setup.php' from your server."
So the script is now installed... So I went into the configuration section and basically set it up similar to the setup configuration you have on your demo except for just a few things...
I've gone ahead and created one category with one subcategory... The script says that the two categories were created... No problem.. When I click to list the categories, they are definitely there...
However, the categories are not showing up on the home page of the directory site...
So what am I doing wrong here???
Any ideas?
Thanks,
Matt |

The home page is the only page in the whole directory which is not created on-the-fly, so you must rebuild it to see the changes you have made. In admin area select Reset/rebuild from menu and then "Daily Job". Run it and the categories will be visible.
Also make sure to set it up to run the Daily Job once a day automatically or by cron. |

I was having the exact same problem, works fine now though.
I was pulling my hair trying to find what I had done wrong.
Thanks Richard. Another great script!! |
