Transparent PNG images

Hi Richard,

I'm having an issue with Transparent PNG image thumbnails. They all get a black background instead of transparent.

Another issue with GIF images. Thumbnail is not generated instead I get the missing image placeholder generated by the browser. I tired re saving the image with a new name and attributes but that did not solve the problem.

In general Thumbnail quality is very low. it's like pixilated images from the 80's

I checked my server config and GD library is installed and enabled. It's the standard Hostgator config.

Thank you for your help, Arif. I have modified the resize functions and uploaded the edited files to our server. Please download the current version of Link Up Gold in our users area and replace all files in main and administration folders. It should fix the issue. If someone else has this problem, please download and use the current files too. If you modified some files and can't upload the new files, feel free to email me, I can add the changes to your files.
