Demoz import categories

I import level 1-2 of demoz categories of business links into LUG. It created hundreds empty sub categories, I thought it will import the data base links but it did not. It did screw up my site categories design. How can I reverse or delete all these unwanted empty useless categories in whole.

after importing Demoz category link files i have 400 mg of data , i imparted business categories 1-2 it put hundreds of empty subs into in my data base.
it really screw up my site categories
what are those 400 Meg
whey linked categories are empty
what is the use of it if it is empty, perhaps i am missing some thing .???

If you imported some categories by a mistake, I can delete them for you, please email me. In admin area is also the option to import links.

The large table is probably lug_cats_dmoz, it's used to store all categories from dmoz. If you will never import categories again, you can make this table empty.
